Dr. Peter Lafleur
Congratulations to Dr. Peter Lafleur on his research which will be included in NASA"s ABoVE project!
Dr. Lafleur is with Trent's School of the Environment and is making a major impact io the community by investigating the impacts of environmental change on Arctic and Boreal terrestrial freshwater ecosystems. He is also looking at how the inhabitants of these regions are responding to the variable environments.

Dr. Aaron Shafer
Dr. Shafer's groundbreaking genome research project has been recognized and awarded a $52, 000 grant from the Canadian Foundation for Innovation' John R. Evans Fund
His research "Population genomics of natural populations" uses genomic experiments to find answers to questions about hooved wildlife, like deer and mountain goats.
